· Investigation on current situation of the distribution network in Mansoura including distribution methodology, operation and maintenance, situation of distribution network faults.
· Economical analysis for introducing DMS system.
· Study on telecommunication methodology for DMS system.
· Preparing PQ document and the evaluation criteria as well as evaluation report.
· Preparing tender documents and evaluation request.
· Assisting in the contract negotiation and preparing the contract.
· Design control and quality assurance.
· Quality control at manufacturing and construction.
· Construction supervision during the implementation stage documents Commissioning and site tests.
· Witness to the pre-shipment inspection and factory test.
· Technical training for the engineers and technology transfer. Management and supervising of trial operation.
· Following warranty period.
