· Investigation on current situation of the distribution network in Tanta, including distribution methodology, operation and maintenance, situation of distribution network faults.
· Economical analysis for introducing DMS system.

· Preparing tender documents and evaluation request.
· Assisting in the contract negotiation and preparing the contract.

· Commissioning and site tests.
· Witness to the pre-shipment inspection and factory test.
