JobSummary:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and multi-talentedJunior Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join ourteam. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our socialmedia platforms, creating engaging content to showcase our company’s projectsand achievements, and turning them into powerful marketing materials.Additionally, you will support our business development efforts by designinghigh-quality, professional presentations and assisting in tracking, organizing,and preparing initial requirements for tenders and bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Marketing & Content Creation:
    • Draft, design, and publish engaging promotional content that highlights the company’s current and completed projects, technical capabilities, and milestones.
    • Turn raw project data, photos, and site updates into compelling marketing assets (such as success stories, case studies, and interactive posts).
    • Brainstorm and create digital content (text, graphics, and basic video ideas) tailored for professional platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Presentation Design & Preparation:
    • Design, write, and regularly update professional company presentations to ensure they are ready for key meetings, exhibitions, and client pitches.
  • Tender & Bid Support (Tendering Follow-up):
    • Regularly monitor official portals, procurement platforms, and newspapers for new tenders, bids, and business opportunities relevant to our sectors.
    • Coordinate with the business development and technical teams to gather, organize, and prepare the initial administrative and technical documents required for bid submissions.
  • Scheduling & Community Management:
    • Maintain the social media content calendar to ensure regular and timely publishing.
    • Monitor social media inbox and comments, responding to inquiries in a professional manner that reflects the company’s brand voice.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media KPIs and digital campaign performance to prepare simplified weekly/monthly reports.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry-specific trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.

Employment requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, (with a passion for the commercial/business side), or any related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, sales support, or business development (internships and freelance projects are highly valued).
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
    • Presentation Mastery: Outstanding skills in using and designing presentations with MS PowerPoint, Canva, Keynote, or Google Slides.
    • Bilingual Communication: Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Arabic and English (essential for drafting proposals and content).
    • Digital Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
    • Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail (critical for handling tender documentation and compliance requirements).
    • Basic Multimedia: Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing is a major plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, fast learner, proactive, highly organized, and a collaborative team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
