Description
· To carry out site investigation to grasp situation of existing RCC, candidate location of new RCC and substations to install RTU, DC system, fiber optic and microwave systems, especially space availability, situation of existing facilities etc.
· To carry out basic and detailed design in consideration of site condition , design preparing PQ documents including evaluation criteria as well as evaluation report.
· Preparing tender document and evaluation request.
· Assisting in the contract negotiation and preparing the contract.
· To review the detailed overall work schedule prepared by the contractors.
· To assist in making a draft plan for SCADA and communication commissioning tests.
· To review the Contractor’s design and drawings and to assist in the approval of such design and drawings.
· To assist in carrying out construction supervision.
· To monitor and evaluate the work progress.
· To assist in the review of Contractor’s invoices.
· To prepare drafts & final replies and responses to Contractor’s claims, if any in coordination with EET.
· To assist in review and approval of testing plans & procedures prepared by contractors.
· To witness the testing and commissioning.
· To review testing reports, completion & taking if over certificates.
· To check the as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals prepared by the contractors.
